The NBA introduced it in 1954. ## Pages - [Shot clock app and guide](https://proshotclock.com/): the interactive timer plus shot-clock rules, a league comparison table, a how-to, and an FAQ. - [Shot clock over YouTube (Free Play)](https://proshotclock.com/youtube/): load any YouTube basketball game and operate a corner-overlay 24-second shot clock over the footage in real time, using the keyboard. - [30-second shot clock](https://proshotclock.com/30-second-shot-clock/): NCAA college clock, pre-set to 30 seconds with the 20-second reset. - [3x3 shot clock](https://proshotclock.com/3x3-shot-clock/): FIBA 3x3 clock, pre-set to 12 seconds. - [Embed the shot clock](https://proshotclock.com/embed/): copy one line of HTML to embed the clock on any website. - [Whole-seconds display](https://proshotclock.com/?decimals=off): the main clock with final-seconds tenths turned off. ## Localized versions (same 24-second clock and rules content) - Spanish — Reloj de tiro: https://proshotclock.com/reloj-de-posesion/ - Italian — Cronometro dei 24 secondi: https://proshotclock.com/cronometro-24-secondi/ - French — Chronomètre des tirs: https://proshotclock.com/chrono-des-tirs/ - Greek — Χρονόμετρο επίθεσης: https://proshotclock.com/chronometro-epithesis/ - Turkish — Şut saati: https://proshotclock.com/sut-saati/ - Chinese (Simplified) — 进攻时钟: https://proshotclock.com/jingong-shizhong/ - Hebrew — שעון התקפה: https://proshotclock.com/sheon-hatkafa/ - Arabic — ساعة الهجوم: https://proshotclock.com/saat-alhujoom/ - Filipino — Shot clock: https://proshotclock.com/orasan-ng-tira/ ## About - Author: Niccolò Bevacqua - Cost: free (no sign-up, no download) - Use cases: basketball practice, team drills, scrimmages, pickup games, referee/table-official training, and as a backup game clock.
